Chengdu Usingwin Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2011, is a professional original hardware manufacturer specializing in self-service terminals, gaming cabinet and flat/curved touchscreen monitor, providing full-unit OEM/ODM customization services. Our product portfolio covers diverse self-service application scenarios, including catering, retail, hospitality, entertainment, currency exchange, lottery and government-affiliated services.
Engineering and manufacturing
Equipped with two manufacturing bases located in Chengdu and Dongguan, covering a total factory area of 18,000 m², alongside a dedicated team of R&D engineers, we execute the full-cycle workflow in-house: structural design, hardware component selection, prototype development, unit assembly, aging testing and mass production. We are well-positioned to flexibly address diversified personalized OEM & ODM customization requirements.
Our products are exported to Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. We are able to assist customers in obtaining regional compliance certifications.
Software and integration
For our all-in-one cash handling kiosks with cash-in and cash-out functions, we offer self-developed supporting software. Complete business logic for cash acceptance, disbursement and change dispensing is pre-configured and ready for operation upon factory delivery.
For other self-service kiosks and gaming cabinet models, upper-layer application software is not provided at present. Nevertheless, complete SDK packages are available to enable rapid software integration and secondary development on your side.
