Contract terms control each order

Kiosks may be configured or manufactured for a specific buyer. The signed commercial documents for your order take priority over this general website policy.

Before production begins

Contact the sales team promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will review engineering work, purchased components, deposits, supplier commitments and the production stage before confirming whether cancellation is possible and what costs apply.

Customized and made-to-order products

Products made, branded, programmed, modified or sourced for an approved project are generally not eligible for convenience returns after work or procurement has started. Any exception requires written approval and remains subject to the order contract and mandatory law.

Standard products and return authorization

Do not send equipment back without written return authorization. If a return is approved, we will provide the return location, packaging requirements and responsibility for freight, insurance, duties and inspection costs.

Damage, shortage or nonconformity

Inspect shipments when received. Notify Usingwin promptly with the order reference, model and serial number, packaging condition, photos, video and a description of the issue. Keep the equipment and packaging available for carrier or technical inspection.

Assessment and remedy

After assessment, an agreed remedy may include remote support, parts, repair, replacement, credit or refund. The available remedy depends on the confirmed cause, contract, warranty scope, product condition and applicable law. Approved refunds are issued through the agreed business payment channel.

Items outside return coverage

Coverage may not apply to misuse, unauthorized modification, unsuitable installation, external electrical or network conditions, normal wear, consumables, accidental damage or damage caused after risk transfers to the buyer. The project contract provides the final allocation of responsibility.
