Project delivery plan
Before shipment, the order documents should identify the products, quantity, packaging, destination, delivery term, freight method and required shipping documents.
Lead time and dispatch
Product-page lead times are commercial starting points, not guaranteed delivery dates. Timing begins only after the conditions stated in the quotation are met, which may include deposit, technical approval, artwork approval or component confirmation.
Freight, duties and customs
Responsibility for freight, insurance, export documents, import clearance, duties, taxes and local delivery follows the agreed Incoterm or other written contract term. Buyers should confirm local import, certification and site requirements before dispatch.
Address and delivery changes
Changes requested after booking or dispatch may create delay or additional charges. A change is effective only after written confirmation from Usingwin or the appointed logistics provider.
Receiving inspection
Check the package count and visible condition at delivery. Record visible damage or shortage with the carrier when possible, keep all packaging and contact Usingwin promptly with evidence and the shipment reference.
