Records to agree before acceptance
This is a project acceptance checklist, not a published set of measured test results. Agree the record format and disclosure scope before the prototype or shipment.
Aging and environment
Request the model, configuration, test date, duration, ambient temperature, load and exception log. A workshop photo is not a test report.
Transaction and recovery
Agree the test cases for payment, receipt, cash or cards, network loss and recovery. Record attempts, failures and acceptance criteria for the selected devices.
Shipment acceptance
Match the approved bill of materials, firmware, serial numbers, inspection checklist and sign-off to the shipment. Share only records cleared for disclosure.
