Kiosk OEM/ODM questions

Answers for a clearer custom kiosk brief.

Use these answers to prepare a more complete product, commercial or support request.

What information should I send first?

Include the application, target market, quantity, timeline, required peripherals and software ownership.

Can the kiosk configuration be customized?

Customization areas can be discussed, but final compatibility and scope are confirmed model by model.

Does every kiosk include application software?

No. Cash-handling projects may include supporting software. Other models are presented as hardware with SDK and integration support, subject to confirmation.

What are the MOQ and lead time?

Workbook-sourced starting values appear on product pages. Project terms still require sales confirmation.

Can you provide certification documents?

Verified documents can be shared after the required market and exact model scope are known.

Which languages will the website support?

English is the source language. Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and French require review before publication.

What warranty is included?

The customer-provided policy states a one-year whole-unit warranty with replacement hardware for non-man-made damage. Final coverage, freight and service terms follow the quotation or sales contract.

Can a customized kiosk be cancelled or returned?

Made-to-order products are generally not eligible for convenience returns after work or procurement starts. Any cancellation or return requires written review and authorization.

How are shipping and import costs handled?

Freight, insurance, customs, duties and risk transfer follow the Incoterm or other delivery terms confirmed for the project.
