Is PMS software included?
Do not assume that PMS or hotel application software is included. Usingwin supplies configurable hardware and applicable SDK support; confirm software delivery and integration ownership in the project scope.
Can the kiosk issue room cards?
Room-card functions require an approved encoder or dispenser and compatible hotel access software. US-K320FS-2 is a reference cabinet for this workflow; verify the complete configuration with a prototype.
Can I combine cash and card payments?
Both are configuration requirements, not universal features of every cabinet. Confirm module space, currency, change handling, payment-provider requirements and software integration before quotation.
What MOQ and delivery time should I use?
Use the current reference values shown for each model to begin planning. Custom engineering, modules, sample approval, order quantity and shipping can change the final quotation schedule.
